Tasting notes

Pairs nicely with poultry and game birds, grilled red meats, leg of lamb, all varieties of mushrooms and light cheeses.
Prestigous red wine, having as much body as subtlety. This wine is apt to age very well but can also be enjoyed right away thanks to its marvelous bouquet. Please note that when still young this wine benefits from aeration and can be put into a small carafe, for example, before tasting.
