Tasting notes

The château du Cros blanc sauvignon is a fine, aromatic wine that lingers long in the mouth.
The wine exhibits a bright, pale yellow hue. Aromas open out toward notes of white flowers and citrus.
The attack os both full of life and fruity. The finish is long and warm.
The Château du Cros is a typical Bordeaux of its kind.

This wine is meant to be enjoyed rightaway and should be served between 10 and 12° C.
It is ideally paired with fish, seafood and hors d'oeuvres and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
